2. Offer and prices
We sell gift certificates for the massage named on the certificate at the price stated there. All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge VAT.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
On the order page you choose the massage, the design and the delivery and enter your details. By confirming the payment with PayPal you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded as soon as we have received the payment. You receive the contract text (these terms and your order details) with the confirmation email. The language of the contract is German; this English version is provided for your convenience.
4. Payment
You pay via PayPal (including direct debit or credit card via PayPal where PayPal offers it). Payment is due immediately.
5. Delivery
- Online: the gift certificate arrives as a PDF by email right after payment, or on the chosen day to the recipient.
- By post: we send the printed certificate to the given address within Germany; it usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days.
6. Validity
The gift certificate is valid until the date printed on it (13 months from purchase). After that date it can no longer be redeemed for the massage named on it. However, we will credit the amount paid towards a massage at the then current price until the statutory limitation period expires (three years from the end of the year in which you bought the certificate).
7. Redemption
- Please book an appointment in advance and bring the certificate – printed or on your phone.
- The certificate is always redeemed in full for the massage named on it; partial redemption is not possible.
- The certificate is transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each certificate has its own code and can only be redeemed once. Please do not share the code or the link to the certificate page with unauthorised persons.
8. Loss
If a certificate is lost, we will gladly send it again by email on request, as long as it has not been redeemed.
9. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. For gift certificates we send to you by post, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the certificate.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. by redeeming the certificate within that period), you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
On withdrawal the gift certificate becomes invalid.
