Why a tantra massage for women?
In everyday life, many women are there for others – at work, in the family, in their relationship. A tantra massage turns this around for a while: here, you are the one who receives. This mindful full-body massage combines elements of traditional massage with energy work and breathing exercises and is meant to strengthen awareness of your own body and its needs.
Many women experience how tension melts away and the body can once again be felt as a source of well-being and sensuality. There is nothing you have to do “right” – you may simply lie there, breathe and enjoy.
From woman to woman
At Tantra Trauminsel, only women give massages. For many of our female guests this is an important reason to choose us: it is easier to open up and let go when you feel comfortable and safe.
In the preliminary talk you tell us what you wish for, what feels good to you and where your boundaries lie. We respect them – and during the massage, too, you can ask for something to be changed at any time. To avoid any misunderstanding: we do not offer sexual practices such as intercourse or oral sex.
The same massages – chosen for you
Women choose from the same massages as all our guests. The tantra massage is playful and varied, the Tao massage calmer, almost meditative, and the Tao tantra massage combines both. The nuru massage is very sensual and gliding, and the Magic Moments massage is our ritual for all the senses.

How your visit works
We work by appointment only. We will be expecting you and give you a warm welcome. Our spacious shower is at your disposal before and after the massage. In the preliminary talk you get to know your masseuse and find out what to expect.
Then you make yourself comfortable on a soft mat, and the massage begins with gentle strokes and warm, odourless oil. You set the pace – nothing is a must, everything is allowed. You can read exactly how a first visit works under Your first visit.
On your own, with a friend or as a couple
Many women come to us on their own, some together with their partner. Couples arrive together, and each of you enjoys your own massage in a room of your own – read more under Massages for couples.
Our rooms are in Geisseestrasse in the west of Nuremberg, barrier-free and accessible by lift. There is parking right in front of the building, and the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses stop close by. We will send you the exact address with your appointment confirmation.
