What is a yoni massage?
The yoni massage is a very mindful form of tantric touch. It is embedded in a full-body massage and never begins abruptly: first the whole body comes to rest, with gentle strokes, warm oil and conscious breathing. Only when you feel safe and relaxed can the massage – if you wish – also include the yoni.
The focus is not on performance or a particular goal, but on awareness, trust and appreciation. Many women experience the yoni massage as an opportunity to get to know their own body in a new, loving way.
Shakti – female energy in tantra
In tantra, Shiva and Shakti stand for the male and the female principle, for consciousness and energy. The yoni is a symbol of Shakti – the creative, living force. That is why the tantric tradition does not treat it with shame, but with respect and devotion.

With such a personal massage, trust is everything. That is why every visit begins with a preliminary talk in which you say what you wish for and what you do not. You can change something at any time – during the massage as well – or ask for the massage to continue differently.
To avoid any misunderstanding: we do not offer sexual practices such as intercourse or oral sex. With us, the yoni massage is part of a mindful tantric massage – nothing more and nothing less.
Exclusively by women
At Tantra Trauminsel, only women give massages. For many female guests this is the precondition for trying a yoni massage. Our masseuses take their time, explain everything calmly and pay close attention to making sure you feel comfortable.

How your visit works
We work by appointment only. We will be expecting you and give you a warm welcome; our spacious shower is at your disposal before and after the massage. In the preliminary talk we discuss which massage you would like and whether the yoni massage should be part of it.
