A tantra massage is a mindful full-body massage given with tantric knowledge and in a tantric spirit. It is based on the understanding that body, feelings, mind and soul form a unity. Its roots probably go back to the ancient Indian Upanishads; in the West, a “neo-tantra” has developed from it – a path of joy that affirms physicality and sensuality.
